The customer will complete payment to you using the instructions you've supplied in your Dealer Direct payment preferences. Those payment instructions are provided to the customer during the checkout process.
BIBLIO will mark this order as pending payment to allow your customer time to complete payment.
If you do not receive your customer's payment within 10 days of the order date, you can cancel the order without affecting your fulfillment rating.
