Why is there a balance due after I submitted payment?

There is generally a lag of a couple of days between when you submit your payment information, and when we get it processed into our system. Payments may not immediately be reflected in your on-site balance.

Please note: that we do not typically charge credit cards for balances less than $5.00 USD. If your balance is less than $5.00 USD, we'll carry the charges over to the next month's billing.
