How do I get paid?

Modified on Thu, 25 Apr at 3:06 PM

We're here to help you understand how to get paid for your hard work as a bookseller on BiblioDirect. It's not complicated, and we'll walk you through it step by step.

Payment Options:

First things first, depending on where your business is based, we offer different ways to send you your payments. These include:

  1. Direct Deposit: This is where we transfer the money directly to your bank account.
  2. PayPal: You can choose to receive your payments through PayPal.
  3. Payoneer: If you prefer, you can opt for Payoneer as your payment method.

Setting Up Your Preferred Payment Method:

Now, let's get to the nitty-gritty of setting up your preferred payment method

  1. Log in to your BiblioDirect account.
  2. Click on the "Account" heading in your menu.
  3. Look for the link that says "How Biblio pays me" and click on it.
  4. Tell us which payment method you'd like to use, and you're all set!

Can't Find the Right Option?

If you don't see the payment method that suits you best, don't worry. Just reach out to our billing team at billing@biblio.com, and they'll work with you to figure out the best way to get your payments for your orders.

Payment Schedule:

Now, let's talk about when you can expect those payments in your account. We want to make sure you know when to look out for them:

Electronic Payments: Payments are sent out on the 10th and 25th of each month.

Here's a bit more detail on that:

  • If you're set up for direct deposit, you'll get paid on the 10th and 25th for orders where the customer has paid Biblio.
  • The payment sent on the 25th will include orders from the 1st through the 15th of that same month. For example, if you had orders processed from January 1st through January 15th, you'll receive your payment on January 25th.
  • The payment sent on the 10th will include orders from the 16th through the last day of the previous month. So, if you had orders processed from January 16th through January 31st, you'll receive your payment on February 10th.

And one more thing, if those payment dates happen to fall on a non-business day or a holiday, don't worry! We'll send your payment on the next business day.
