Your public profile, including your contact information, Terms of Sale, Business or store description, Return instructions, Logo, and more, can be updated any time. To do so, log in to your BiblioDirect menu and click on Account at the top of the page, then choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu. Click on the Business Info and Public Profile tabs to make changes to that information.
Please note that you will not be able to change your business name more often than once every year. If you need to change your business name more than once within that time frame, please email bookseller-support@biblio.com with your request, and we can update that for you.
On the Account Settings page you'll see additional tabs for Upload & Inventory (your upload settings, including FTP information), Templates (customize tracking messages sent to your customers), and Interview (fill this in to give potential customers more info about your business).
