Can I sell my personal collection of books to Biblio?

Modified on Fri, 02 Jul 2021 at 04:24 PM

Biblio does not purchase or appraise books, but we do know quite a few experts!

If you have a few books you would like to sell, we encourage you to contact one of our many booksellers directly to see if they would be interested. The majority of our booksellers specialize in collectible, rare, and uncommon books in a variety of genres and formats. You might try a bookseller who specializes in the appropriate subject matter, or one that is near you geographically.

To find a bookseller near you, simply click on the "Bookstores" tab in the Biblio menu. You will be directed to a page where you can search for booksellers by location or business name. On the bookseller's page, they will have an email listed for public use, and on many occasions a phone number.

You can also search by specialty: https://www.biblio.com/booksellers_by_specialty.php

If you are a book collector rather than a professional bookseller and you are interested in selling all or a portion of your collection, we encourage you to try Biblio as your marketplace. We are always welcoming new booksellers to our marketplace.  Click HERE to learn more and create your seller account with no obligation or monthly fees.

What if I also sell books on eBay or other sites?

Many sellers listing on one site also sell books on other platforms, in most cases offering the same inventory on multiple venues.  In many cases, we are able to use your inventory files from other sites as well as your own custom files for uploading inventory to Biblio. Our bookseller support team can help answer your questions at bookseller-support@biblio.com.
