How do I update the credit card I have on file?

To view and manage the credit card we have on file for billing purposes, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your BiblioDirect seller menu and click on "Account" at the top of the page.
  2. Look for the "Payments" section and click on the link "How I pay Biblio".
  3. To add a new card, click on "Add a New Card" on the right side.
  4. If you want to update the existing card, replace it, or update the expiration date, you can do so in the secure link provided.

Please note that BIBLIO will charge the card on file for any negative balance around the 10th and 25th of each month.
