How do I issue a refund?

Refunds happen.


You can easily issue refunds right through BiblioDirect. 


Navigate to BiblioDirect > Orders. Then choose the order you need to refund, and then click 'Issue Refund' inside the Order Summary section.

You'll be able to specify how much you want to refund, and you'll be able to specify the reason for the refund.


Once you fill out the short form, the refund will be issued within 24 hours. We'll contact the customer on your behalf, and we'll send an email confirmation to you as well.


If you have any questions, or difficulty in issuing the refund, please email bookseller-support@biblio.com directly.

Please note that this FAQ applies only where Biblio has processed the payment via PayPal or a customer's credit card. If you have taken payment directly, you would also issue the refund directly.
