Is emailing photos just for smartphone users?

Nope!  Emailing photos is a fantastically easy way for booksellers to add photos using a smartphone, or a tablet with a camera.   It's as easy as point, click, send - but it's not the only way that you can email a book photo!  Anyone can use their Photo-Upload Email Address to send pictures.

You can upload any book photo to us by attaching the photo to an email, and then sending it to your personal BiblioDirect Photo-Upload Email address.  Be sure to name your email with the book's SKU/ID number by including that ID in the subject line of your email message.

Take advantage of emailing photos when cataloging books. When you add a book to your Biblio inventory, email the photo at the same time.  As long as you upload or manually add the new book listing within a day or so of emailing the photo, our system will automatically link them up.

This is especially useful for booksellers who have been adding images one at a time using the on-site editing tools.   You don't need to search the site to find your books.  Just email us the photo of your SKU in the subject line and we'll take care of the rest!
