If you think your order has been lost or severely delayed in transit, you can always reach out and request a refund.
How to Tell if Your Order is Lost in the Mail
You should always check your order details to find the estimated delivery dates. If it's more than a few days after the expected delivery time frame, please reach out and let us know. We'll get in touch with the seller on your behalf, and if it looks like the item got lost in the mail, we'll issue a refund.
You can check your order details by either checking out the confirmation email or by pulling up the details directly on BIBLIO.
The BIBLIO Guarantee
If the order does not arrive within 14 business days of the estimated delivery date for domestic shipments, or within 21 business days of the estimated delivery date for international shipments, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs. You must contact BIBLIO within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to initiate a refund for an order lost in transit.
