If you receive an order where the customer's email bounces back to you as invalid or undeliverable, we recommend using your best judgment and discretion as far as contacting them in these circumstances, but here are a couple of tips that may help:
- Call the customer by phone if a number has been provided
- If you are familiar with basic service providers then you might attempt to correct the email (e.g., bob@gmail.cm is actually bob@gmail.com).
